I’ve got another podcast episode for you. this one’s all about Adulting versus elderhood. In one corner, we bitch and moan about life's responsibilities. And in the other, we realize that adulting isn't just having to go to work and pay taxes but recognizing that our lives gift us the ability to think and choose and integrate our ideas, to live into those ideas in a way we fully embody our lives. And the more we do that, the more we can rock that elder vibe.
